TUI fly delay claim (BE & NL)

This form is only for flights with TUI fly (Belgium & Netherlands).
Did you fly with another airline? Then submit your claim on that airline’s website.
All (BE & NL) TUI fly flight numbers start with ‘OR’ or ‘TB’, followed (without a space) by 3 or 4 digits. 
If there are children on your booking, please add them to your claim.
This does not apply to children traveling without a seat; they are not entitled to compensation in case of a delay.
You must have personally participated in the trip or have authorization from the client for whom you are submitting the claim.
Through this form, you can only submit claims for delayed flights with a flight date starting from 01/03/2025.
 
                   Please note, if your flight was delayed, wait at least 72 hours before submitting your claim.
                                 Claims submitted within 72 hours cannot be processed, unfortunately.
