This form is intended only for passengers who have a booking with TUI Belgium

Including request for Accommodation and/or Transfer

Requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours before departure.
If multiple passengers on your booking bring their own wheelchair, each passenger will need to complete this form individually.

The cabin crew of Tui Fly is not competent to lift and carry passengers. The same is valid for administrating medicine or injections.
In case you need help with these you will need to travel with an assisting person. This person will also need a valid flight ticket.


 
A walker can travel free of charge and does not need to be registered in advance.
You can take the walker until the gate, after which it will be transported in the baggage hold.

Information concerning the wheelchair 
ATTENTION! TUI Fly does not accept electrical wheelchairs that are taller than 86cm in collapsible position.
In the event of an aircraft swap, we cannot guarantee that your electrical wheelchair will be accepted by the other carrier. Every airline company has their own regulations.

At the airport
The handler at the airport takes care of the assistance. Assistance is provided from the check-in desk to the gate and/or the baggage carousel upon arrival at your destination.
For operational reasons, assistance is only provided for the passenger with reduced mobility. It's not possible to request a caddy at the airport. 

At certain airports, a loaner wheelchair is used until you can use your own wheelchair again.

 

Transfer 
Are you taking a (collapsible) electric wheelchair with you on your trip? Unfortunately, that is not possible on our regular transfers. You will be informed by us about the availability and cost of an adapted transfer.

Accomodation
A fully adapted wheelchair room is always upon request and subject to availability. There may also be an additional charge or you may need to book another room type.

Your booking reference consist of 7 digits (e.g. 1088654) or 12 digits (100087654321). You can find the booking reference on the confirmation you received from TUI.
You can use this form for both outward and return flights. There is no need to fill in two separate forms.

A walker does not have to be registered in advance and is transported free of charge.

The completed information about your electric wheelchair and/or battery will be checked at check-in desk. If the information given is found to be incorrect, this may result in your electric wheelchair or battery being refused for safety reasons.

Are you taking a (collapsible) mobility scooter or electric wheelchair on a trip? Then it cannot be taken on the regular transfer. We will inform you about the availability and cost of an adapted transfer.

If the wheelchair form has been filled in correctly, TUI will process the application and ensure that appropriate assistance will be ready at the departure and arrival airports. If the wheelchair form has not been completed in accordance with the guidelines, TUI will unfortunately not be able to process the application. You can also submit a request to your travel agency or by telephone at least 72 hours before departure.
